Notification of courses is widely publicised in the local newspapers prior to the start of the semester and enrolment forms are available from reception at all NZPTC Centres between 8am and 5pm on working days. Students can also enrol online and submit the following documents to the centre of study upon getting a reply.

When enrolling into any diploma course, please bring originals or verified copies (signed as being a true copy of the original by a Justice of the Peace, Solicitor or other person authorised to sign Statutory Declarations) of your:

* birth certificate or passport
* three passport size photos
* Fiji School Leaving Certificate
* Form Seven Certificate if relevant
* Any other relevant qualifications (eg. Computer courses)

Final confirmation of enrolment is on the first day of semester, and includes full or part fee payment for the semester.

An ID card will be issued to all enrolled students.

Those student who want to join short courses do not need to bring the abovementioned documents. All they need to do is to fill the enrolment form available at all centres or enrol online through our website. All enrolled students will be contacted for confirmation prior to the commencement of the course.
